eddieh iam not to shure about a pdf file my computer skills are not that good :( can i get a buddy to get with you this week end an get it for me

well I have to say he is getting there... just need to finish the arms... I pulled a few test drivers, out of the head and body molds and he looks ok.....
 
Well, so far I pulled the body and the head, the arm mold is in progress, I put one together and threw some paint on it here is the 1/6th scale prototype, I will have vacuformed goggles, his body is casting resin and filled with casting foam, it is pretty light, he looks better in person, not much of a photog..

Eddie the new driver rocks!! Next we gotta get ya goin' on some 1/6th Merlin exhaust stacks. B)
Thanks Don! well I have made stacks .. HMMMM, I know the shape, how big you figure a 1/6th stack is????maybe we can do something... :D

Well let's see..... a 1/8th set is 5" including mount flange which is basically the same length as a 1/8th cylinder head. So 5 times 8 is 40 divided by 6 is 6.6" Since we are actually somewhere between 1/6th & 1/7th I'd say about a 6- 6 1/4" overall length B)

hmmm.... well Ok, I promise to make them but not in the next few weeks.... I can make both styles.....

is there any need for a vintage style helmet? or one without visor? or a full face??

I think for me anyway just like you're doing. With the goggles he'll look like this guy right-

don the goggles will be transparent, more like real ones it will look like this guy, however I can make em look just like that, with molded in goggles
