just a little over two years after a huge mess, it happens again. The Clinton River decided it wanted to be a lake this weekend, so this is what a riverside "park" looks like now:
looks big enough for a 6 boat heat? Just watch a couple of spots; don't want your rudder or turn fin to hit a picnic table.
