Can Klass Kote be buffed?

I have been using Klass Kote since Hobby Poxy discontinued their epoxy paint. I have never had any need to sand and buff the finish, However, I have some orange peel and some dry spots that I would like to get rid of in my latest project. I remember reading from one of the posts that Klass Kote cannot be buffed to a high gloss. Can some one please confirm? I cound not find the thread anymore.

No epoxy wont shine up to a gloss it can be buffed level but if you want a glossy finish give it another coat.

You can also wet sand whole thing and do a clear coat...
