    If i remember right i think they are both drum rotor... not exactly sure.. i have them in boxes at home.. can check the part numbers when i get there.. how can i tell the difference?

    Is there anyone out there who could drill and tap my speedmaster universal drop mount for my ops .67 motors..? Really don't have the equipment to make sure they get straight and square.. Prefer Seattle area but anyone that could help and would help.. They would be a friend for a long time...

    Please Don't forget the Flotation!

    If i remember correctly... i saw on the Don Mock Hydro construction set he had an interview with the Czar and he had said that there was no floatation in that boat. He had made both sponsons and in the nose water tight compartments... I just watched it. must have sprung a major leak...

    Bending Stringer Sticks

    I'm building the 1974 U-95 and i'm putting the stringers on the bottom of the sponsons.. that split the bottom and side of the sponson.. right at the front is where it bends the most as it come up to meet the sponson shear. Do you cut the notches on the inside or outside of the bend?

    I have ops motors for my scale and was wondering since I know that many used to or still do run them, what the best pipe and or muffler combination that you used? Also the length that you used. Thanks in advance Jim 1974 U-95

    Boat building Epoxy

    I am using 3M scotch-weld epoxy glue. I've used it before and even after it cures it still has some flexability. Bonds well to all surfaces that I've tried. I will use that to glue parts together then seal with west thinned down.
