These were awesome in "the day".......haven't seen many around for a few years. Looks like he was running an older style foot with a nose cone and they
had a tendency to lift the rear of the boat......they went to a "hatchet style" later and they were a lot more stable.
Fred........finally getting around to opening the package from you tonight. Received it on the day that I get my device turned up and that kinda wears me out for a day
or two. You certainly didn't have to send all the addional stuff.........just getting the lower unit was more than enough...
Don.......saw these run a few years ago at the WTC and people who haven't witnessed them in person don't know
what they're missing. I came back home and immediately got ahold of Mark to put one on order. Because of
circumstances beyond my control, I haven't had a chance to finish or run mine...

Fred........still waiting on 7.5 lower unit that was paid for 3 1/2 or more years ago. My phone number
is still the same if you have any questions.
Thanx,
Ron Sax
Bob.......it's a shame these haven't caught on up here. These are such a rush to watch and they put on one heckuva race.
Get ahold of Mark Poole and get one ordered.......his boats are some of the best I've seen and you shouldn't have to worry
about meeting the rules if they do take off up north.
Hey Mike......actually, many of the full sized pro boats (500cc and above) used the bracket method for the turn fin mounting. Many used
two or more fins attached to the bracket to help hold them in the corners.
Radio South.......not lipo but have had excellent success with MKIII this year. Went to it because of compact size
and replacable plug tip. Had used the MKII but a bit bulky and had problems with Futaba charging jack.
