when i was having the pins blow out of my 11cc it was because i had way to high of compression. of course i didnt realize that until i went through about $60 worth of plugs, expensive lesson. so my guess would be if your blowing them all the time try shimming the head up a little ;) ;)

its for a k and b 3.5 lower unit. i dont know the size but i do know i have about 20 ft of the flexshaft. i would have a lifetime supply of shafts :D

well then i need to find someone that will make me a die :D

ok so i heard about the flex shaft crimper for making the square ends so does anyone know of where i can get one or who makes them? i have a ton of flexshaft material and want to make my own

in washington you can run pretty much year around as long as it isnt pouring down rain. this year i think we swaped weather with california because we have had nothing but sunshine for the past few months.
