So any one measure the OD of the liner or the wrist pin dia or is this top secret?

Are there any parts available yet? If so the price?

David
David, I just got home from Christmas...

The sleeve OD is .984 and wrist pin is about .213 (I don't have an actual pin to measure...just checing the ID on the wrist pin hole in the piston).

GQ
Thanks Glen figured you where with the family this time of year.

WOW that thing will slide right in a CMB 45 case and the pin is just a bit larger than a CMB 45.

OLD 666 is drooling as we speak.

When can we get parts?

David

All the same including MAC and AA.

Imagine that sleeve in a good breathing disk intake case with a strait pipe. WOO HOO. Heck might even be able to put the long aluminum rod on the crank for a top end set up and really spin it up.

CRAZY DAVE is at it again.

Heck the Tecno power P/L fit in the MAC case and it is smoking fast.

This could be very interesting.

I am surprised that someone would ask this kind of question to an importer of a successful engine line.

That is kind of like putting set of Roadrunner sponsons on an Eagle and asking Andy if it is OK.
Marty

No disrespect ment.

There have bin a few asking about why this eng was designed this way I am not the only one.

So why is it a problem when I ask a question?

David, I dont see a single problem with what you have asked. Clearly, Glenn doesnt either, or he wouldnt have answered your question...

David,

No disrespect!

Why waste your time? i thought your rs45 was running really good!

if you dont like the wrap around header just stick with what you got!

and the rs45 being around 2mm shorter stroke, you capacity will be under 7cc.

O and dont have a problem what so ever you wanting to do this either.

Yes Aaron "NO DISRESPECT"

Why worry about what I am doing?

So I guess using a CMB P/L in a PICO is disrespectfully?

i guess taking the japanesse desisn and making it alittle different and marketing it to the public is right? lets every one take a chill pill and get back to playing with "TOY BOATS" and have fun.

I know it will be a little small. But that liner is a piece of art work.

Just have to see what it will do in a disk intake Eng. with a custom short pipe with the taper from the start no header.

With the long light rod and and short stroke it should scream. Do you have any RPM info on this eng in testing?

Don't know if you don't try.

The BS stops when the prop hits the water.

I wanna see one run. Nova Rossi is probobly the BEST engine buider out there today. Too bad about that wrap around header, BUT if I can get an engine to run good with minimal cutting and grinding and the engine will last a long time, so be it. I have a sneaking suspicion that this engine will be a good one :)
