Zenoah problem

I have a mod 260 Zenoah it makes a popping noise at all RPMs I have re-adjusted the carb. changed the spark plug, and checked everything else. Does anyone have any suggestions. Thanks

You might possibly have moisture in the fuel......Have you checked for that?
