Zenoah 30

I need to know the Bore/Stroke and Rod Length on the Zenoah 30. Also, if anyone knows the head cc on that engine, it would be very helpful. Also need to know the thread size for the Zenoah Spark Plug. Thanks,

rod length is std 50mm

23=28 stroke

26=28mm stroke

28.5=29mm stroke

30=30mm stroke

Bore

23=32mm

26=34mm

28.5 & 30=36mm

Are you sure the tap pitch is not 1.25 or 1.50? I don't see any taps that are 1.0.

As an aside, that 50 mm rod is really too short for the 30 mm stroke. Expect big end bearing problems. We had that happen and went with a longer rod for the 30 mm stroke. The stock rod seems to still work on the 29 mm stroke, but neither engine has a lot of time on it.

Bore for 28.5, 29.5, and 30.5 is 36mm. Stroke for 28.5 is 28mm. Stroke for 29.5 is 29mm. Stroke for 30.5 is 30mm. The Zenoah badging can sometimes be confusing.

there is a Kawasaki rod that is direct swap and longer than the Zenoah.

Just you have to by the whole assembly to get it as far as I have seen.

$150+ for the assembly.
