Hey guys I was running the ff12 yesterday went to a x437 and the boat was flying but it had a little hop. Didn't really think anything of it figured i would finish of the tank. We after a violent hop I lost my pipe, prop and propshaft. :( What the hell though it was worth it to see it go that fast :D

Zach,

Are you sure it wasn't a X-637 propeller? Octura doesn't even make a X-437/2 just three

blades in the X-437 range. The hop is from the pitch ratio 1.6, try to level your strut more

and the hop will disappear. Speed should be great if you can pull a X-637 with good RPM.

Have Fun,

Mark Sholund

Pmed you about the prop It IS a x637 and it seems to turn up really well compared to the 438.
