WTB - High Speed Servo

I'mm looking for a highspeed throttle servo for my 21 class mod tunnel boat. Using 6.0 volts, what's the best highspeed servo? What is the most economical highspeed servo? How fast is "fast"? :huh:

I have to ask the same question as Grim. That might not be the best of choices. A stock servo should work fine in this application.
