Here guys,i can give you a sneek peek of the mono that i have built this winter :) .

I will go out and test run it for the first time 1:st of May.

It`s a upscale of the "Wildthing" that John Finch have drawn.

There is a K90 with a MUCK 90 muffled pipe that will pull a Octura X467.

The worst thing is the weight :'( , 5,6kg or 12,3lb.............

Alittle to mutch clear coat paint and epoxy.

But i got a "furniture finish" on it 8)

Very interesting Mr. Martinelle! That's some serious hardware hangin' off the back end.

Looks good!

Anders,

Looks interesting! ;D The Wildthing had a pretty light construction, how come yours got heavy? But the weight may not be too bad, my K-90 Kingcraft is a wholesome 6kg! What length did you end up with? Also did you make it narrower for its length, or simply a scaled up version of the 21? Normally 21's are a bit wider for their length compared to 90's.

I dont like those furniture handles on the top! :p

Why have you gone for two rudders? Do you need to do left turns?? What about turn fins?

Ian.

Looks good, let us know how it runs. I especially like how you made a carbon fiber mold of your ice cream scooper. LOL ;D

The hardwere is all home made.

Is just a upsized 21 so the with and length and with is about 31% bigger.

Total length is 1070mm = 42".

The handels make it alot easier to lift it at the docks but i can agree that it look nicer w/o them.....

This is setup as a offshore boat and yes i need to be able to turn left also.

I don`t think turnfins are needed, the 2 rudders take care of that.

I have tested 2 rudders "setup" on a seaducer 21 also, that works super.

I`m happy if it make`s 65mph..... if it does more it`s a bonus.

Test results will come :) .

Oh,the "hitech" cowling is made out of a small sallads bowl and a 4" plastic pipe ;D ;D.
