Who makes OPS nitro engines?

I need to find a website for the makers of OPS nitro engines. I have an engine and need to find out what size it is. I have found websites of dealerd but nothing on the maker. Any help would be great. thanks.

Ops engines are made by Mantua Model in Italy...
