Whats going on with the TopSpeed 3

Was looking to buy a cowl. Tower only has a complete hull in red only. Everything else says discontinued, cowls and hulls???

A fellow from Kentucky ordered a TS3 and the sales rep at Tower told him they were discontinuing production. That's as much as I know.
