What should pipe length be on a CMB Red Head .45 with a Macs pipe? Or should I get a different pipe altogether? Thanks.

Depends on boat and prop. I run mine short with a small prop on my rigger. CMB 45 rs on my Crapshooter at 8 1/2". Its an AB Billit pipe. Its a screamer. You coming to Shaumburg?
