What Percent Nitro?

What percent Nitro do you guys in what size engine. I'm trying to get input from everyone. I hear a lot of different opinions. Thanks.

I set my motors based on Marty's instruction, so my nitro % is what he wants me to run, with great success I might add.

21's = 65%

45's = 60% ~ 65%

This is conditional on you having the correct volume head button for the application, I strongly recommend talking to a engine builder Like Rod or Grim or Mr Wood's so you get the motor setup for the fuel you plan to run.

we run 60% in the 67 & up motors

13% oil 1% castor

21 motors run 70%

13% oil 1% castor

works just fine..

i know the bigger motors don't react well to 70plus.. i tried it but may need further testing to get it to work right

I'm sure there are more experienced answers out there,

But I have run both 60% Technology and 45% Technology fuel in my CMB 90 , and the motor seems to happier on the

45% .

In my(old) .45 Mono MAC and CMB - 60 % always.
