I have no idea about who makes them. But one thing I do know is they are way to big for your JAP.12 hydro.

Gregg does the casting himself. Some of his props areworked on commercial ones, others copies of excisting ones. If you buy them SS balanced sharpened you better wear gloves changing props.

I think he is a jeweler caster by trade. really really nice rtr props.
