Doug,

Found a link to your Hydromite plans on microhydros.com, printed them and started work.

I'm building two boats, one Hydromite, one Micro Miss Bud.

Here's the current status of the Miss Bud...

I hope it runs well, these are my first scratch-built (one previous laser-cut) boats.

Anyway, thought I'd stop by to say thanks to Doug.

..and...opinions/ideas/suggestions are appreciated.

Assuming that the cowl is hollow, I'm very impressed. How'd you do it? I don't see many seams, and the curves are pretty tight.

It's solid 2" x 2" x 12" balsa.

I'm shaping it then hollowing it out to add foam.
