OK-I'm ready to position my electronics and could use some

help on weight distribution.

With the boat ready to run (less fuel), I would assume that the

CG is the point where the boat picks up level. If this is the case,

where would you locate the leading edge, ( or center if you prefer),

of the turn fin in relationship to the CG?

This is a 24"-.12 rigger-Distance from trailing edge of front sponsens

to center line of prop is 15 1/8"

Thanks again for all the previous help. I'm finally getting there!

get the electronics toward the front of the radio box. the boat should balance at the flywheel area of the engine. this might be a little hard to get, but get it as light on the tail end as you can, so the prop can pick up the tail of the boat and not drag it thru the water. turn fin, I cant say I've seen much difference in the placement in relation to the c/g. It doesn't need to be very long or deep on these small boats, or it's just more stuff to drag thru the water.
