It is with a heavy heart I am reporting that Bob Rendon, a long time member of NAMBA District 9, has passed as of this monring. Details are sketchy at the moment but I or someone else from District 9 will post as they become available. For those of you that don't know Bob he was a long time outboard driver and served as the Outboard Chairman for this district for a lot of years. He was also, for lack of a better term an artist when it came to painting boats. There are a lot of scale boats around this district and this country for that matter that Bob has painted. Including 3 of my own. He had also done some outstanding paint jobs for Monos and Tunnels too. Bob was a very unique individual and a good friend of mine and our thought and prayers go out to his wife Kelly and their family.

Sad news indeed .... Bob & Kelly were such regulars for so many years in NAMBA 9

Our prayers go out to Bobs surviving friends and family.

Sad news indeed. Glad I got to meet Bob while I was in NorCal years ago.

Prayers go out to the family
