Any good quality metal gear servo with 150-200oz or greater will be OK.
The HiTech HS-5585MH is a great value for the performance with 194oz-in @ 6V and it's 2S lipo compatible. At $65 that's hard to beat and it's not too heavy. HS-5585MH Servo
