I'm currently finishing up my hydro .60 and I'm kind of blocked with the servo box.
Originally, there was a Plexiglas with silicone screwed down and a plug on the Plexiglas to charge the battery. that caused a lot of corrosion on the connectors.
I need a way to seal the servo box, but not permanently if that makes sense? For when i need to charge the battery or change servo and what not.

Glue a piece of 1/32 plywood to the top of the box leaving 1/8 of the inside of the existing box exposed. Then cut a piece to fit inside and tape it down.

You will have to somehow clean the surface very well before gluing down the ply. Epoxy and silicone don't mix.

I would still go with the clear plexy lid, you can look inside the box to see if you have any water in there, kinda tough with a piece of plywood. I use a radio box plug or a film canister cut in half. old school but still works
