Rigger washers-where to buy

I would like to know where to purchase these type of washers.They are used on the outside of riggers to hold the motor mounts.Thanks for your help.

I use the plastic ones I get from Lowes in the hardware section.

OOOWEE- Mil -spec washers. I do not remember the part # for em but they were used with the NAS 517 screws with a 100 degree head. (spent more time than I liked on my prayer bones installing these in KC-135 floorboards).
