Picked up an old style RCMK twin with the split crank. Has anyone every modified these to accept the single piece crank, or modified the design to use ball bearings instead of the split bearings?
I know gizmo has the stroker cranks but trying to run a side by side twin and even the sale price puts them over $500 for 2 not including bearings, I could buy a heat treat oven and do the cranks myself.
(who wants some 4140 cranks?? lol)
