Who makes prop boxes at a good reasonable price? If no one does I can look at making some.

I do NOT disagree with anyone, I've seen the prop boxes, starter boxes and boat stands Joe(JRS) makes and they are very nice- but it seems like I've always been on a budget :mellow: and had to make my own. It was just dumb luck but I found some plastic storage cases at the supermarket with the school supplies. They are made by www.sohocorp.com model # S 200. It's called a project case and was made to hold 8 1/2" X 11" files 12 1/4" long X 10 3/4" wide X 1 3/4" tall. Nylon nuts and screws were bought at microfasteners.com The one I built for smaller props(47-55 MM) will hold 18. If I can find your e-mail I'll send a pic Samuel.

Thanks Guys. Great Idea with the Cigar Boxes. I think I'm going to go that way.

Sam go to harbor freight and buy a case then get a piece of either thin plywood or plexi drill some holes and get the right size nylon bolt and bam a prop box.
