Picco 80

Can anybody give me some advice/opinion about a Picco 80.

Are they the best or most powerful for their class. Give me an idea.

It's for an outrigger.

I have two silver head EXRs that should be running for the first time this weekend. From what I have discovered on these forums over the past year or so (no personal experience yet) they are among the most powerful, but have a weak rod and don't like to be overrevved. Parts are almost impossible to get too. I have Titan rods, OS9Bs, AB67s at 11 7/8", and bigger props on mine.
