Outboard innovation and PI 56"tunnel

Anybody know website of innovation outboard engine? or any online shop that I may check detail the engine. I am looking for such big engine for my 1/3 scale F 1. also like to know if the Performance International 56" Tunnel hull good?

Quickdraw 25cc and i'm pretty sure its on a lawless leg. They put out about 6-7 hp.

I think the max allowed by the USCG on a 10 ft. "johnboat" is 10 hp!
