very nice buck, don. yes, larry, does are tasty, **** sure can't tender horns . sat. was opening day here, i missed it, shxt at work went south friday, i had to work on sat. :angry: ! i told my boss he owed me big time, i'll be in the woods by 6 am wed. morning, instead of at work .

I prefer yearlings for the table, they taste the best, but when a deer like this comes by your stand you can’t pass it up. In Indiana firearm season runs for 16 days, so I still have 2 more weekends to get some good table meat. The county I hunt in allows me to take 1 buck and up to 4 antlerless deer this season.

Great Pic. A deer hunters dream.

I had a 8PT and a 9PT feeding togeather in the feild behind my house last June but I haven't seen them since.
