Is a V2 (air cooled) OS sleeve and piston the same as a V1(water cooled)? Asking because at Tower a V2 is $15 more...

Dang, now I see a V2 connecting rod is $50, V1 is $22...

Your not turning any RPM'S if you haven't broken a rod.

My engines are all NAMBA stock. I've heard IMPBA Sport 20 Tunnel engines turning a whole lot more Rs than my "Stocker." More Rs = more stress on the rod.

I don't think I've ever seen a rod break in any of the stock engines raced in NAMBA 20 Stock Tunnel. I don't think Grim has ever broken a rod. Once again, his engines are stock. Maybe guys racing stock O.S. 21s have broken rods, I just haven't seen it during my racing endeavors.

Mongar motor that did many gallons split the bottom end of the rod...small crack

I find it hard to justify double the price for the newer one

I want a B-Sport like Brandon Atwell's. At the Herb Stewart race, that boy drove that boat like he was PISSED OFF at ALL of you guy's. I was truly impressed with his driving the Tri-Oval.
