When you get there to this link, click on the link that says MAX-21XM Ver II. When you get to this page, you will see a link tab just above the specs for a PDF file.
This is the parts breakdown. I personally emailed OS in Japanese about many of the questions that came up in this forum. I will get back to you when or if I get a reply. If you are interested, this is the body of the mail I sent them.

リカ上陸を楽しみにしています。45クラスの生産も考えて下さい。21クラスと同じぐらい人気になる

(right now in the american rc boating scene, the new os 21xm ver.2 outboard that is only available in japan has become quite the conversation topic. the first question that i would like to ask is whether or not the new version will replace the old version. also i would like to ask when it will be available in the states. there are classes for a stock tunnel in both the namba and impba associations. in these associations a stock tunnel requires the use of a stock os 3.5 or a k&b 3.5. there are some worries among the members that the new os will be considered a modified engine because the pipe has an extension on it and the piston and sleeve set is a different part number than the original version. the rules of these associations requires that engine used in a stock tunnel has production level of at least 500 hundred engines before it can be recognized as a legal engine. k&b has had problems with quality and production in the past so they are rarely used in this class, so i would say that thanks to the people at os, a stock tunnel remains a very popular class. everyone is anticipating the arrival of the os 21xm ver.2 in the states. if possible, please think about producing a .45. it may be just as popular. as the .21s. )
