But if you do use the 3/16th, if the collet is the teist tighten one Aeromarine sells aconversion adaptor that fits right inside to make it 3/16.

I should have gone 1/4 but the dual rudder assy I bought has 3/16 ferrel for the shaft support and the 60 that was in it had this shaft. I will attempt with the 3/16 if she breaks I will replace with 1/4.
