How did you mount the cowl - I can't see any cowl locks / clips etc in the pic.

I use a Bob Violett hatch latch to keep the cowl secure it works really well.

Finally got some video of the boat running. Not quite where I want it but its getting there.

Great run boat had a lot more it's running a little wet put a shim on the turn fin side front sponson it would help a lot.

I already have it shimmed quite a bit in the front. I was trying out an OPS 3280 I need to switch back to the Cooper-Wood S Pipe. I havent found that special prop yet. Always a work in progress.

Not a stock 5 port by no means but not much different than how the 5 ports do run.

what changes are you making? I read about the carb,.. I do just the head volume and carb on mine.. runs very well actually.. What else is working for you?
