Doesn't look like a Nova Rosi in the Boat!

Actuallly, It looks like an older nova rossi short stroke. They had anoized blue heads like the one in that boat.

That is correct. If I'm not mistaken the motor was bought in the mid 90's. It has 6 intake transfer ports. The motor is practically new. It has had maybe a 1/2 gallon of fuel through it.
