1. N1 remains 27T by a narrow margin.

Cathie wanted me to provide a disclaimer. The vote was close and the deadline was Apr 15. She wants to make sure that everyone knows there is a very limited possibility that there are still votes in the mail.

The following passed by wide margins:

2. Limited Spec Offshore (LSO) is now an official NAMBA class.

3. The "box method" for measuring a hull is now the standard. (This with all due respect to the finest CD in FE racing...ole Iron Fist Kunz.)

4. An then there was some drivel that Kelly Brooks worked up. What was it now? LOL Oh yeah.....

NAMBA Offshore now has a completely new look as pioneered primarily by the fanatics in MI and OH.

Congrats Kelly, you're street legal.

Thanks to everyone that was involved with these 4 proposals. That was a tremendous amount of work, with a tremendous amount of discussion!

All good, by the way, in my view.

Now I have to go buy a 27T. :D

Thanks to the guys who cared enough to write the proposals! While not all proposals passes I would hope it wouldn't discourage them or others who feel they have an idea to make our sport a better place.

Dick
