Very nice makes me wish I had got that instead of the gp
The GP boats run EXTREMELY well, you will not be disappointed.

Thanks guys. I am going to get the decks on the sponsons this week, then start the paintwork. Hope to have more info soon. Kent, I may still sell this one, just depends if sales pick back up or not after the website being down. Talk soon, Mike

Anything new on this build Mike??

How much do you want for it...lol! You know you can get the laser guy to cut you another kit and whip that one out for yourself...Ha!

PM me...

Ken, I just need to get the decks on, but its been so cold here messing with epoxy in the garage is going to be tough. I would like to finish the build, and run it before selling it, but right now is tough as I do not have enough sales coming in to rig this thing, so until that happens, it is going to be in a holding pattern. This is the slowest part of the year for sales ya know. I will post pics of the decks as soon as I get them on. Mike

Kent, I figured I better step things up and at least get the hull finished, and get the gear as soon as I can. Here is where I am now. Got the top decks on, just have to sand the outside edge flush, then the exterior of the hull is ready for epoxy.

I also want to say this was the easiest sport hydro build I have ever done. I usually dread the sponson top decks (hense the delay), but these things were SO easy to install..just a few of those harbor freight clamps, and some tape, and they went on perfect!

Enjoy, Mike

I also want to say that now the sponson decks are on, this hull is EXTREMELY rigid. There is NO center section twist!

Well, some good news, I was able to get the gear i needed ordered to rig this thing. Leopard 5692, 1340kv for 6s, 1/4" drive line, round bottom speedmaster strut, speedmaster 21 rudder, ose 56mm mount, and other various needs. Should arrive next week. More soon, Mike

Yep, they will get sanded flush. I wanted to let the epoxy dry a few days that i bonded the decks on with...just clogs up my disk sander when its still mildy soft.

Got some more done. Sponsons are sanded, hull epoxied, and now I am fitting the gear. So far, so good! Enjoy, Mike
