Can a BEC receiver handle the voltage of a seven or eight cell pack?

Most BEC receivers will handle a 7 or 8 cell pack just fine. If in doubt, check the specs. for the min. and max. voltage inputs. You should be able to find them in your manual that came with the radio, or on line.
