Mugenone/Mark Williamson has one the size you're wanting. Try contacting him here or on Jim's about where he got it.

I knew you were looking for plans, not a boat. Mark has the only kneeler that size that I have heard of, thought maybe he could tell you where he got it or if plans for it are available. Just providing what I hope is a useful avenue for you to explore (-; Good luck in your search.

Call Mike Luszcz he built some with gas outboards and he built mine that is 7.5 size
