I"ve decided to build a .21... I need to go faster.

I'm not trying to pry out anyones secrets or anything. I'm just looking for some basic dimensions to start with.

If you know .21 riggers maybe you can help me fill in the blanks.

Tub length:

After plane length:

Front and rear AOA:

Front and rear dihedral:

distance between booms:

distance between sponsons:

width of tub:

Any other information would be great!

I will give you it a shot.

Tub length not a factor. To only allow the right amount of fuel load in the front. The rest of the lenght will setup the distance from the trailing edge of the fronts to the trailing edge of the rears.

Afterplane - Flat bottom on the tub with curve in the front to center mirrored to the top. Center of motor mounted at the trailing edge of the front sponsons.

AOA Front - 5 to 6 degrees, Rear - 0 degrees for the first 3/8" and then a nice sweep forward for the lenght.

Dihedral - Front - 2 degrees, Rear - 0 degrees

Boom Distance - 4" from tub to inside plate of front sponsons for boom tubes.

Distance between sponsons - 18" to 20" from trailing edge of front sponsons to trailing edge of rear sponsons.

Tub width - 4"

Should be a good running boat.

Good luck
