LF Turn Fin made in Germany

Looking for info on the guy from Germany? that makes these Scale turn fins. I would like to get one if available.

Nicholashansen on here was doing a FE U88 build (2016) last post on his thread and as this turn fin was on his build.

I thought I saw a pic of a 1/8 scale Franz had in his pit that was a very fancy carbon turn fin.
