I am told that the 45HR parts are interchangable,

Some stuff but not the rods, they fit but there isn't enough clearance in the case.

If it's for a purple head Evo, the 45RS button is the one. Piston and liner for RS are also compatible, but not much else. If it's for 45 CAM, not sure if the bore was the same.
