Anyone happen to know what the thread size is on the Kalistratov /CMDI needle valve base?

Yes, there where two different thread pitches. I don't know what they are. Diamters are the same.

Yes two different Look Fine " narrow sharp" and Coarse " wide sharp"

Tim need thread size from base - this pic from his base i need, on Allan pic on left is "fine" for 3,5-7,5, on right is "normal" for 7,5-15, in europe we have third version for 1,5-1,8ccm "superfine"

Hi Tim . If you are looking for the thread size for the nut which threads on to the base, to mount the needle to a bracket, I am pretty sure it is 1/4 x 32 thread. Geoff Overell.

Sorry for the tardy reply, I have been busy.

Geoff, I hope you are right with the thread being 1/4-32 as I have a way to confirm that, it's a glow plug thread (old cylinder head will make a good thread checker!)
