Let's not forget Mike talley. Mike is the best 3.5cc stock setup guy that is still racing today. Mike built a 3.5cc K&B and ran 53mph just last summer on a full size race boat (the X-3). He sent this engine to David Hall to open up and document the changes he made. On a special boat that engine could see 55mph.
