Never run K/B 3.5 outboard not sure what model. It is sticky I am sure it needs to be cleaned and possibly new bearings. I have not and will not open it up. $ 170.00 shipped. Paypal friends and family or just pay the fee I do not care either way. Has some surface corrosion from sitting. IMG_3382.jpgIMG_3383.jpg
