It is really hard to say how old it is, production of these were stopped maaany years ago.
I bought it from US like 7 - 8 years ago, it was not used when I bought it. I have had a few laps with it for fun, it is not broken in.
Yes it is modified, as you can see there is an OS carb mounted, means the intake has been widened to accept the OS carb. Except from that it is bone stock.
