JAE Sponson support end treatment?

Building progressing nicely on my .21 JAE rigger... wondering what to do with the ends of the sponson supports? The brass tube runs all the way through the sponson, the C/F rods also- so I have this hollow C/F rod, sticking through the sponson, ending flush with the brass tubing. Is there anything functionally positive I can do with those open ends??

you dont have to worry about that at all.

keeps water out after a run or when you retrieve the boat if it stops out on the water.

You can just put radio box tape over em if youd like....either way its no biggie.....
