Looks like a V-967/3 with a trick Magnaflux job. I can't do the flames yet!

Wait until the Prop Shop propellers arrive,some will look very close to that.

Sorry Chris,I don't think the Pay N' Pak will pull that much blade with a STOUT

21 Motor.
