The Huntsville club is the oldest club in District Five; the Huntsville Model Boating Association (HMBA) was started in 1967. They have hosted 8 IMPBA International Regattas with one of these as a joint effort with the MCBD club, plus the First Gas Internats.

Also host of the 10th anniversary of the Gas Nats for 2010.

Only a few more days for the Huntsville club's record trial.

Hydro Race all hydro classes March 27-28, 2010 pre-registration is required

April Records trial all IMPBA classes this is for SAW and Oval records pre-registration is required April 9-11, 2010 FE, nitro & gas welcomed

October Records trial SAW & Oval pregistration is required October 16-17, 2010

IMPBA GAS National Regatta 10th Anniversary pre-registration is required October 20-24, 2010

November Records trial all IMPBA classes this is for SAW and Oval records pre-registration is required November 12-14 FE, nitro & gas welcomed
