HiNew here looking for a project boat for my son for science project

My son is doing a project for school and needs a project boat.can be electric or nitro,gas.dont need to be anything fancy.can also be uncompleted.Something not to expensive.Trying to keep cost down on project.Let me know if anybody has anything available.They pick one year project and get to work on it paint,mod,or whatever they chose.Hethanks is in eight grade pretty machanically inclined has ran rc cars.Gas or electric would be better but nitro will be ok

Alex, Have you checked the for sale section? I've got an Avenger/Cobra "project boat" in there. And a k/b engine....... I'll toss in whatever extra's I can come up with for your son. I'm sure I've got a flex shaft. I've got an FM 4 channel radio I would let go cheap as well.
