Looks a little like a K&B. Check Mecoa's K&B engs. parts for a 7.5 eng.

that looks exactly like the carb i have sitting here that came off a Meccoa .40 airplane engine.

That is a K&B carb.will fit most K&B engs. mesure the barrle inside diamiter and it will tell the size .370, .450 and .500. Have the same carb in .370 and .450
