Removing Fuel/Oil Stains

Hi,

Unfortunately I had a mishap and fuel has now soaked into my rigger under the tank area. Is there anyway to remove this? Should it be sanded out then resealed? It’s only been there for two days now.

I know there was a thread about this before but I can’t find it.

Cat litter grind it up to almost a powder then push it around the area

I've used K2r spot lifter before with good results. Sprays on white, turns dark when soaking up oil. Keep putting on till it stays white.

Thanks everyone tried some denatured alcohol, now I’m spray k2r.

I have pressed flower into the affected area. Let it sit. Remove with a stiff brush and repeat

So I guess you never seen plastic turn to powder and crumble from CRC Lectra-Motive when it sucks the oil out of it.....LOL
